Phumlani holds an MBA qualification with a dissertation on the contribution of feasibility studies to project success and a Masters degree in Sustainability Management with a dissertation on small business inclusion in sustainable supply chains. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has over 20 years work experience in Corporate, Government, NGOs and Academia. He also has eperience as an Entrepreneur.

Tsebie Lebenya

Founder and Managing Director of Dipsel Group

Tsebie holds a Masters degree in IT, is a registered Principal Property Practitioner and a registered builder with the NHBRC. She has extensive experience in ICT Management, including Enterprise  Architecture, Business Process Management, Innovation & Digital Transformation. She is a seriel entrepreneur owning several companies under the Dipsel Group, including a real estate mangement company, (Dipsel Properties) coupled with construction experience. She is our primary partner in all things ICT and property.

Ofodile holds an Masters degree in Entrepreneurship as well as several qualifications in economics and business. His company focuses on market research services and marketing strategy, with a special focus on customised assistance and packages for entrepreneurs. He has done extensive research in the sectors of education, restuarants, fashion and tourism, as well as topical studies in innovation and value creation. He is our primary partner in market research and marketing strategy.
